Peanut and chocolate cakeballs

25 stycken
Ingredienser
1,2 dl naturella jordnötter
2,4 dl havregryn
1,2 dl jordnötssmör
1,2 dl cream cheese
80 gram choklad (valfri sort)
0,6 dl strösocker
1 tsk vaniljsocker
Dekorera
200 gram choklad (valfri sort)
Ställ in blandningen cirka 5 minuter i kylskåpet.
Autumn has come in leaps and bounds, far too early for my taste. The air is more crisp and the leaves have begun to change color. Otherwise, I love autumn, especially early fall. The beautiful hues of nature and the clear air. But this year it does not feel as fun, it has probably to do with the summer has not been as warm and comfortable as I had hoped. Too much rain and too little sunshine. So now I feel that it is in its place with something good.
25 pieces
Ingredients
1/2 cup peanuts (naturel)
1 cup rolled oat
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup cream cheese
80 grams of chocolate (any kind)
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla sugar
Decorate
200 grams of chocolate (any kind)
4 tbsp salted peanuts
Begin to chop the chocolate into small pieces, melt it gently in the microwave, stir so that all chocolate is melted. Run the peanuts in a blender to form a "nut meal", add oats and run for a while with the mixer. Stir in the sugar and vanilla sugar, stir to mix. Mix the chocolate, cream cheese and peanut butter and stir so that it becomes a smooth mixture. Stir the cream cheese mixture to the dry ingredients, mixing well. Set the mixture about 5 minutes in the refrigerator.
Take out and roll them into balls. Place the balls in the refrigerator and let them be there for at least half an hour, so that they can cool off.Meanwhile melt the chocolate which the balls should be dipped in and chop the peanuts into pieces. Take out the balls and dip them in the chocolate, shake off excess chocolate and place on a baking paper. When all the balls are dipped sprinkle with the chopped peanuts. Allow to solidify the chocolate
